Where do I get DBS results?
On Zinc you'll see if the applicant has something on the record or not. It will say "Match" with a black tag on the report if there's something on the report. If there is no match tag, this means the check is clear. Candidate's get the same notification and visibility of the check on Zinc. The DBS will also send the applicant a hard copy of their DBS certificate.
If there is something on the record, you'll need to ask the applicant to share a copy of their certificate with you to check the offences.
