What to do when your Credit check is stuck in pending

When your candidate's credit check is stuck in pending, this means we have multiple possible matches for the address or we cannot find them at all. 

Please ask your candidate to return to their submission page and ask them to click on the credit check box. They will see a list of the possible matches we have for the address and be asked to confirm the correct one.

Alternatively notify the Zinc support team on live chat with the candidates name.
