What documents can be accepted for right to work in India?

To perform a right to work check in India, the following documents can be accepted: 

Natural Indian citizens
Indian passport
PAN Card
Voters Identity Card
Aadhar card
National Population Register Card / multi-purpose identity card
Overseas Indian Citizens Card
Persons of Indian Origin Card

Foreign citizens 
Valid employment visa (only applies to that specific employer, is not general purpose).
