      What documents can be accepted for right to work in China?

       

      To perform a right to work check in China, the following documents can be accepted: 

      Natural Chinese citizens
      Chinese passport
      National ID card
      Birth certificate 

      Foreign citizens 
      Employment authorisation certificate
      Work permit
      Residence permit
      Hong Kong and Macau citizens: Home Return permit
