Compliance
The candidate report is showing as ‘Action required’. What does this mean?
The ‘Action required’ status will show when there’s something on the report to address.
This could be if there's a criminal check with a ‘Consider’ result, a reference with a date mismatch, or any other black tag on the report.
To see what you need to address, look for the black tags on your report, the black 'Match/Mismatch' tag will sit next to the checks that need addressing.
You can then review the report and the new status will be set as ‘Complete and reviewed’.
