Not comfortable sharing your government credentials?
We do not force users to take the government verification path. It is our recommended path since it is significantly quicker than other routes and less work for you. However you can always select: "I do not want to provide X" at the bottom of the page. This will take you to provide traditional reference details, which will mean the typical turnaround will increase to 1-2 weeks.
We take the our responsibility of handling your personal data very seriously. We hold ourselves to the highest security standards. Your data is safe in the process, we take the following precautions:
- Your login details are fully encrypted at all times.
- Credentials are used to validate a one-time session and never enter persistent storage.
- In line with the terms of our verification partner login details, they are never stored.
- Zinc's system is penetration tested at least annually.
- Zinc maintains a ISO2001 certificate.
