How do I verify gaps in my career history?
If your prospective employer has requested reference checks for a certain period of time (for example, 3 years worth of references) but you have a gap in your employment, you can verify this gap after submitting your referee details.
When you click "Finish" after providing your referee details, a pop-up will appear confirming the gaps and a button stating "Verify gaps".
When you click verify gaps you will be able to enter information detailing the gap in your employment history. This will show up on your report and will be visible to your recruiter.
