My candidate has received a match on their references, what next?
Our software flags all date-mismatches that have a difference of over one month between what the candidate and referee have submitted.
Your first step is to decide whether the reference meets the company requirements. If the mismatch is acceptable, then there is no action to be taken.
If the correct dates are required then we would advise contacting your candidate to find out why the mismatch occurred.
