My camera isn't working when trying to take a picture of my ID.
If you are experiencing an issue when trying to take a photo of your ID, first please check your device settings. Your camera should be allowed access to your web browser in order to take the photo. If you have another device such as a tablet, laptop or computer with camera access you can also try using this.
