I'm getting a 731 error. What can I do?
This error is usually due to not being logged in correctly. Log out of Zinc entirely by going to www.zincwork.com/sign-out and then sign in again, ensuring you use the same method as when you signed up to Zinc. Please also ensure you are using the email address that the background check request was sent.
