I'm getting an error 731. What can I do?

When you are attempting to access your background checks or submission page, you may receive an error 731 pop-up.

This means there's a login error, and that you are trying to access your checks with a different sign-in than what is attached to your account.

You can normally resolve this by following these steps:

1. Visit the following link to sign out of your account https://app.zincwork.com/sign-out

2. Once you have signed out of your account, go back to your inbox and confirm the email you used to create your account. It will be the email address you received the request to "Verify your email" and/or that you received updates regarding your checks.

3. Try to log in using the same method you used when you created your account. This could be done using your email + password, via Gmail; via Linkedin, or via GitHub.

*(please note that when using one of these methods, ensure that your Gmails/Linkedin/Github is previously signed in with the same email used to create your Zinc Account)

If you have tried restoring your password and have not received any emails after 30 minutes, this means that you have used a different method when you created your account via Gmail, Linkeding or GitHub.

In case the steps above do not work for you, or if you are unsure what method of login you used to create your Zinc Account, please contact our team via live chat or emails us at contact@zincwork.com and we will confirm this information for you.
