I'm getting a 401 error when attempting to submit a reference

When you are attempting to submit a reference and you are receiving an error 401 message this will likely be linked to a login issue. 

To rectify this issue please use the following link:  https://app.zincwork.com/sign-out

Sign out of any accounts you are signed into, once signed out you can then proceed to use the link which was sent t o your email and provide the reference as requested.
