I uploaded my ID card and nothing happened. What should I do?

If you have selected a Driver's license, Identity card or Residence permit as your ID document, you will be required to upload a photo of the front and back of the card.

Once you have uploaded a photo of the front of your card, you’ll need to upload a photo of the back of the card before proceeding to the next step.
