How do I upload ASICE or EDOC documents?

If you're required to upload an ASICE or EDOC document for your criminal check, you can follow the steps below.

If you're on Mac:

Click 'Show options' on the bottom left corner when you're selecting a document to upload.

Under Format, your default optioni will be 'Customised Files'. Change this to 'All Files'.

This should enable you to upload ASICE and EDOC files.
