How do I update my billing information/payment method?

 

You can update your billing information or payment method on your company settings, under the billing tab here: https://app.zincwork.com/company/billing

 

Once on the billing tab, scroll down to the bottom, locate the Billing History box and click on the green "here" button.

You will be taken to a new page and be asked to log in to your Customer Portal.


You will need to use the same email that first created your Zinc Company account email to login.

Once you have access to your Customer Portal you can:

  • View your billing history - including outstanding invoices and account status
  • Update your billing information - including preferred payment method, company name (and  associated PO number), and company address
