How can I edit/update referee details?

Once you have submitted a reference request you can no longer change it. This is because as soon as you’ve added the details and pressed submit, your referee will receive an email (and text, if a mobile number was provided).


If you’ve made a mistake on the email or details,  you can delete the request and submit a new one for the same referee.


The referee will stop receiving any new emails from Zinc and the link they were previously sent  will no longer work.
