I'm getting an Error 500 when attempting to submit my qualification check
The error 500 code is shown when part of the submission has failed when uploading the information for your background checks.
There are a few points to cover first of all which relate to certain checks, we will list these below.
In order for this submission to be successful, you need to ensure that the document you are uploading with your check is:
- In PDF, png, or jpeg format
- Under 5MB
- The file contains only 1 page
As long as the diploma/certificate/transcript copy you are trying to upload has only 1 page you should be able to submit your checks, however, if it has multiple pages an error will occur.
If you are still facing issues after following these steps, please contact our support team via live chat or contact@zincwork.com
