Unsupported Countries for Identity Checks

Unfortunately, we are unable to process documents issued by countries subject to comprehensive US sanctions.

This includes the following:

• Cuba
• Iran
• North Korea
• Syria

If you have an identity check and hold one of these documents, we'd recommend providing an alternative form of ID not issued by ones of these countries instead.

If you cannot provide another form of ID, please contact our Support Team directly and inform your employer of this as your employer may need to process the identity check manually with you instead of completing this on Zinc.
