What Does the ‘Attention Needed’ Request Status Mean?

The red 'Attention needed' status means that there is something on the candidate's report which is requiring your attention. The above 'Attention needed' rectangle will show on the top of the candidate's report page. 

For example:

• A right to work check or identity check which needs some attention from your side
• A prompt to check whether a document is acceptable to proceed or complete a DBS (criminal) check

This status would only show when this attention and action is required urgently in the middle of a check process, and attention is needed in order for the checks to continue.

The overall group of checks is not yet complete, but there is some attention needed mid-checks.

The below 'Attention needed' rectangle will show on the request page and is a top-level filter to bring these reports to your attention as soon as possible.
