The Court Search process in Brazil provides criminal judgments' information on natural persons who are residents and/or lawful residents of the jurisdiction.

The check is conducted at all court levels including the Supreme Federal Court, National Justice Council, Superior Court of Justice, Regional Federal Courts, all Trial Courts, and all District Courts.

The judicial data related to natural persons goes back to 15 years and is extracted from the Official Gazette of Brazil, as well as from the following courts and tribunals, comprising the Judiciary of Brazil:
