When submitted to Zinc, the result can either come back as a Clear result or a Consider result
Clear Result
If you submit a valid (in-date) passport or national identity card issued by the country where you’ll be working and you are a national of that country, you’ll receive a Clear result.
This means the document has been successfully processed by Zinc and your check result is visible on your profile. No further action is required.
Consider Result
If you submit any other type of document, the result will return as consider. This is flagged to your employer for review as they will need to complete the check manually.
This does not mean your legal right to work in the country is not confirmed or your document is not valid. It simply means your employer needs to take a few extra steps to review the documents provided.
