What is the process in China?
The requesting party will request the check from the ATS or their Zinc account.
- Automated instructions are delivered to provide some personal details in a dynamic web form.
- Zinc submits the request to the authorities.
- Zinc receives the results (digitally) and provides a signed digital report
- The candidate receives a text to say the process is complete.
What details are required from the candidate to submit the check?
- First Name. (Citizens: First Name(s) with Chinese characters /// Foreigners: First Name(s) with
Chinese or Latin characters) - Last Name. (Citizens: Last Name(s) with Chinese characters /// Foreigners: Last Name(s) with
Chinese or Latin characters) - Birth Date.
- Last registered Address in China.
- Consent.
What is covered in the criminal check?
The Court Search in China provides information on criminal judgments on citizens and/or individuals lawfully residing in China and is extracted from the High People's Court of China, the Intermediate People's Court, the Supreme People's Court, and the First Instance People's Court. The search is nationwide and covers the following provinces and their adjacent cities:
