Automated instructions are delivered to provide some personal details in a dynamic web form.
Zinc submits the request to the authorities.

What details are required from the candidate to submit the check?

Last registered Address in India - with indication of the starting date of residence in the address provided as well as the end period of residence.

What is covered in the criminal check?

The Court Search in India provides coverage, including citizens and foreigners over 18 years of age. It covers criminal convictions or offenses, except those deleted by rehabilitation laws or considered spent. The search is conducted through the online databases of High Courts, Session Courts, Magistrate Courts, and the Supreme Court. The search goes back 7 years and focuses on criminal decisions undertaken by the Courts of the candidate’s place of residence, resulting in a conviction.

The search process consists of checking the Court databases in the candidate's place of residence, results will be retrieved immediately. Any hits will include a Case Number Record (CNR) and the candidate’s name. The records may also include the father’s name, the mother’s name, or the spouse's name (in case the candidate is married), and the full or partial address.

All findings are cross-matched with the identifiers provided by the candidate, and the case will
be closed accordingly.
