The Candidate Has Said They Have Submitted Their Qualification Check but I Can See That They Haven't

This can be in one of two scenarios:

1. If you are using the instant qualification check then we will first attempt to complete using this method, this is usually instant but can occasionally take longer. A candidate may be unaware if they left the platform before we have attempted to collect additional details required for the institution verification method. Let them know to look for the ‘Additional information required' tag on their original submission page.

2. The candidate may have never submitted any details to us, in this case they should look for a card that signals they still need to complete the check.
