As the DBS check is linked to your address check and address history, if any incorrect information was submitted, this will the DBS check being submitted.
Here are some error messages that you may receive and what they mean:
'AddressLine1 Missing'
This error message indicates that the address line 1 is missing from at least one of the addresses submitted in the address history.
You will be required to reach out to the Customer Success team to allow them to remove the address history.
When resubmitting this information, please ensure that the address line 1 is populated for all addresses.
'AddressTown Missing'
This error message indicates that the address town is missing from at least one of the addresses submitted in the address history.
You will be required to reach out to the Customer Success team to allow them to remove the address history.
