Do I Need a Qualification Certificate or Proof of Study Document?

In certain countries, some form of documentation is required to process a qualification check.

If you cannot find your certificate, we recommend contacting your institution to request a proof of study document, letter, or transcript, as these can be accepted.

If a document is not required, the upload field will be optional. To indicate that a document cannot be provided, select "I cannot provide a document" in the document type dropdown. However, please note that not providing a document may delay your check by 2–4 weeks due to institutional processing times.
