If you have been requested to complete an academic qualification check, you will see an Academic Qualification Check card. This process consists of four steps and requires the following information:

1. Highest Level of Qualification
-
Select your highest level of qualification. Most employers consider higher education degrees, such as a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD, to be relevant.
-
College diplomas or equivalent qualifications may also be relevant. Please choose the highest level you can provide.
-
If you are unsure, check with your employer.
- If you do not have a relevant degree, you may select "I do not have a relevant academic qualification" from the dropdown. Please specify a reason in the following section.
2. Dates of Study
-
Enter the start date and the most recent date you were enrolled at the institution.
-
If you are still studying, select the "I am still studying" checkbox.
-
If unsure, refer to your certificate. The end date of study may be the same as the award date on your certificate or proof of study document.
3. Country
- Select the country where your university or institution is located.
4. Institution Name

-
This may include any form of documentation provided directly by the institution.

If you do not provide a document, the check may be delayed by 2–4 weeks.
-
If possible, we recommend ordering replacement documents in advance to avoid delays.
2. Document Upload
-
The document must be a single page.
-
Ensure it is not rotated and that the image is clear.
-
If you cannot provide a document, specify the reason in the following section.
