How to Integrate Zinc with SmartRecruiters

Step 1: Connect the App
- Go to the SmartRecruiters Marketplace and search for Zinc.
- Click "Connect" to be redirected to the Zinc app.
Step 2: Provide Consent
- Sign in to your Zinc account as an admin.
- Grant consent to provide access for the integration.
Step 3: Customise Your Checks
Work with your Zinc account manager to decide which reference and background checks are best for your business. You can customise your check packages at any point.
Step 4: Request Checks
- To request individual candidate references, go to Assessments and select the Zinc package you want to use.
- Alternatively, you can automate reference checks from the account level in the configuration settings.
What happens next
Let Zinc work
Zinc will contact your candidate via email and text, asking them to complete the background checks you have chosen. We will send automated reminders to ensure that you get your checks in good time.
Track the progress
You can view the status of each candidate’s checks in your ATS. We’ll notify you by email as soon as an individual check is completed..
