How many times do you contact candidates to complete their checks?

We will send automated reminders to candidate's asking them to complete their checks up to 5 weeks since the request has been sent from your company account. 

During the first week, we will contact the candidates on a daily basis.

From the second week onwards, we will send a reminder once a week up until 35 days from the request being sent.

We will send reminders until candidates have started all checks they have been requested from your account. Once they have provided all information needed for their checks to be conducted they will no longer be contacted.
