Permission Not Found
If Zinc indicates that the permission cannot be found, it may not have the correct permissions in your HiBob account. Double-check that the fields and permissions you've set up match our set up guide exactly.
This could be due to:

For Zinc to find the fields, they must match the required setup precisely.

⚠ Important: Field names must match exactly as specified. For example, "status" or "Status Zinc" will not work—the correct field is Zinc Status.

Fields Exist but Are in Different Categories
For the integration to work, all fields must be in the same custom category within HiBob.
Right to Work Not Showing for a Candidate
If Right to Work information isn't appearing, reconfigure your HiBob integration and make sure you've toggled on "Right to Work."
How do I know if my Hibob setup has been done?
Once you have successfully completed your integration, when you select Hibob in your company settings you will see the ‘Add API key’ button change to ‘Update API key’.

Common issues
Candidate Is Not Appearing in HiBob
If the HiBob integration is set up but a candidate isn't showing, the most likely cause is an incorrect email address. Verify the candidate's email address in HiBob and make sure it matches the email address in Zinc.
Candidate’s Documents Are Missing
If the candidate appears in HiBob but documents are missing, this is likely a permissions issue related to uploading and deleting documents in the employee’s document folder.

If you make any changes to your Setup, you will need to generate a new token and ID and input this into the integration on Zinc under HiBob repeating Step 8 on the set up guide. Please use the video attached as guidance on how to refresh your token and ID:
