Why can't I see the candidate's proof of address document?

If the address check comes back as clear straight away, the candidate will not be asked to provide proof of address as we have been able to verify their address with enough matches in our sources database.

However, if we are not able to validate their address via our database, we will request c candidates to provide us with a valid address proof.

For candidates outside of the UK, it may not be possible to view the proof of address document on the report as currently, our product does not support this kind of action.
